So many commercial spaces are predicatable and even ordinary - long halls with square offices and boardrooms off either side.
Philip Dimov thought long and hard about this 'ho-hum factor' when creating the latest commercial space in Fyshwick ACT. After researching business needs and identifying gaps in the market, Philip decided to design and build a commercial development that dared to be different.
The result? The Box Business Centre.
"You spend most of your life at the office," says Philip. "Working environments are getting more important all the time, with much more emphasis on lighting, function, aspect, and security. I wanted to think 'outside the box' with this new space - from the ground up."
